Refund & Exchange Policy
At Iki Clothing, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or damage caused during use.
Damaged or Defective Products
We may offer an exchange if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
To be eligible for review:
A continuous, unedited video of the package being opened must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is received until the product is fully inspected.
The video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and the alleged defect or damage.
Claims submitted without valid unboxing video evidence will not be considered.
Exclusions
Exchanges will not be provided for:
Damage resulting from personal use, wear and tear, washing, improper handling, or storage.
Minor variations in color, print placement, fragrance perception, or appearance that do not affect product functionality.
Requests made after the product has been used.
Review Process
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by the company. Submission of evidence does not guarantee an exchange.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for an exchange after reviewing the evidence provided.
